Ingredients
- 45 grams dry black lentils, ~150 grams cooked
- 250 grams broccoli, boiled or steamed
- 150 grams cauliflower, boiled or steamed
- 50 grams shiitake or maitake mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 grams ginger root
- 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin (use a mortar and pestle on fresh cumin for best results)
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- After prep, drizzle 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the black lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms in different pots of water until they are soft.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
