Ingredients

  • 45 grams dry black lentils, ~150 grams cooked
  • 250 grams broccoli, boiled or steamed
  • 150 grams cauliflower, boiled or steamed
  • 50 grams shiitake or maitake mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 grams ginger root
  • 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin (use a mortar and pestle on fresh cumin for best results)
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • After prep, drizzle 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the black lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms in different pots of water until they are soft.
  2. Mix the ingredients together.
  3. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
