Ingredients

2 whole doradas, cleaned and scaled

2 cloves garlic, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme

Olive oil

Salt & pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 °C (390 °F).

Rinse and pat dry the fish. Score the skin lightly on both sides.

Season inside and out with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Stuff cavity with garlic, lemon slices, and herbs.

Place fish on a baking tray lined with parchment, drizzle more olive oil.

Bake 20–25 min, until flesh is opaque and flakes easily.

Serve with extra lemon wedges.
