Ingredients for boiling water
- onions
- bay leaves
- black pepper
- salt
- red wine
Boil until octopus tentacles' thicker side can be easily pierced with a knife.
Ingredients for marinade
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt
- garlic
- chilli powder
- parsley
Marinade for 1-2h then place on the grill on high heat.
